SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us. 

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

Free Shipping

We offer free USPS Priority Mail shipping on all fruit orders with an order value of $60 or greater, calculated after any discounts or promotions. This method takes 1-3 days.

Paid Shipping

We offer paid 1-day and 2-day shipping for all fruit orders. You may select and pay for either option at checout. 

We offer a variety of paid shipping options for all nursery orders. You may select and pay for an option at checkout

NOTE: Shipping times are transit times and do not reflect any processing and harvesting times before your order is shipped. If you need expedited processing times please contact us at support@goodhillfarms.com and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs. 
 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED?

We aim to process and ship all orders within three business days. Due to weather and other events on the farm, some orders may take longer to process.

We keep customers up-to-date with any potential shipping delays. Our #1 priority is to deliver the best products as quickly and safely as possible.  

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS? 

We only ship to U.S. states. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If you order is delayed locally on the farm or by any other force majeure events we will contact you via email and update your estimated date for delivery. 

If the mail carrier is delayed en route with your shipment, automatic updates with a revised delivery date will be sent via email and/or SMS.

We stay in-touch every step of the way until your order arrives safe and sound!
